Education Events taking place in 2020
Our team are looking forward to attending a number of education events and conferences throughout the coming year, which we would like to share with you.
Education events are a great place to network and provide a great opportunity for us to talk to schools about their furniture requirements and projects.
Below are just a handful of the events we will be attending this year:
BSA Annual Conference for Boarding House Staff – 1st-2nd April 2020
Taking place in Brighton at the start of April, this conference will provide a great place for staff working in the boarding school environment to network with one another, share their thoughts and advice on tackling key issues.
With a great lineup of guest speakers, the event will see a range of topics covered, from positive safeguarding in schools, eating disorders and early intervention, through to marketing your boarding house.
We are looking forward to talking to visitors to discuss their upcoming projects and share ideas on how furniture can help them with the effective and efficient day-to-day running of their boarding houses.
BSA Annual Conference for Heads 2020 – 5th-6th May 2020
On the 5th and 6th May, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre will be home to the BSA Annual Conference for Heads, which will see an array of headteachers and senior leaders coming together from across the UK.
With the theme of this year’s conference being ‘Diversity’, there will be a great lineup of speakers covering everything from safeguarding within a diverse world to supporting young people in boarding.
Our team will be on hand to talk to delegates about how furniture can help to support diversity within their schools, creating spaces for all pupils where they feel comfortable and can thrive.
ISBA Annual Conference – 12th-13th May 2020
We are looking forward to attending the ISBA Annual Conference again this year, taking place at the ICC in Birmingham on the 12th-13th May.
This event attracts over 500 bursars and senior management staff from schools across the country to discuss a range of key topics.
